I've had to reset my sensor several times which is kind of a pain in the as soon considering I have it screwed up about 10' on the side of my house. But have you tried that rather than buying new ones. Mine is a lacrosse.

I have had a Lacrosse for at least 7 years. Change batteries usually about the second cold front every year they get too weak to transfer signal. Keep thinking it'll just quit any day. If it does I have zero complaint. Probably one of the best outdoor around the clock electronics I have ever had.

yes, and multiple sets of new batteries. I think the cheaper ones end up corroding inside.
