Due to belief in the Resurrection of the body. Would probably be smart to have it all in one place, rather than here and there.

So God can resurrect my decomposed body, but tracking down the ashes is a little too much for him?

I think I'll take my chances and make him work for it

As if God cannot renew a cremated body if it's scattered? Better check the Bible friend. There are no limits to the power of the one true God.

well if this magical being can resurrect a dead body, then he will be able to levitate the ashes from wherever they are at and bring them together to create the body again.

Im Catholic BTW.
