Counting cards takes a long time to get good at. It also takes a lot of time at the table because its a slow grind.
The best (or least time consuming) way to win at blackjack is to play "by the book" at a dealer shuffle table. You're not going to win big, but can walk away with an extra $100-$200 and a buzz from the free booze.
Auto shufflers and side bets always screw you over. Regardless of your method.
