Whats sad is you can tell by the teachers non-nonchalant reaction at the end of the video that this is completely normal behavior for this school.
If this would have happened where I went, the teacher would have passed out from shock and emotional distress

I went to an all-boy disciplinary school ran by brothers. They would have been in there whooping everybody's asses.
You would catch a dictionary to the back of the head for leaving your chair out at the cafeteria. I can't imagine what they would have done in that scenario.
