I think they explain it pretty well actually.

They also grade every individual play, so his home run ability won't stand out as much on the grades. It's not a perfect system by any means, but if you understand their process you can find value in it.

Their NFL work is still world's better than college, which makes sense.

This is kind of the major issue I have. Their NFL system is built out very well and you can see comparisons among everyone which they simply do not give for college.

Again, I question how they track every individual college player accurately. I dont think they can, at all. Their site is obviously built to track the NFL, and they throw some random stats out there for college, with hardly ever any comparisons.

Again though, a guy who has 309 yards on 19 touches with 3 TD who DID absolutely make some guys miss and break some tackles, deserves a much higher grade in their system than 74.5. You seriously cant sit here and tell me Colin Jeter had a better game than Fournette.
