Sounds about right. They've completely destroyed all of their opponents but one. And ole miss has that recipe to beat their defense. You bet your arse this game will be in etling's hands to keep them honest on defense. But the game ain't played on paper, or a computer. Any given Saturday. That's why you can't use the transitive property of similar opponents and all that jazz. Game plans, adjustments, and pure gamechanging plays by individuals on the field can never be simulated. That's why we love this shite as much as we do.
Can't wait :bartscott:
ETA: this is the best defense bama will have seen this year. Kiffin will draw up some dope arse plays and expose us a few times, but our defense will keep us in this shite till the end. We've let these bastards off the hook twice in a row in Baton Rouge. It's about time we finish the damn thing. End this stupid streak. The Tigers are due like Brad Cresse in that last at bat of the 2000 season in Omaha. Now let's geaux play for victory

Just like in 2012 and 2014..it'll be a close game going down to the wire.

1. Only if our O-line gives Etling time to go through his progressions and not get killed.
2. Our D plays well from the beginning of the game. LSU D looked confused several times in the first quarter against Ole Piss.
3. LSU D keeps Hurts contained to minimal gains when on designed QB runs or scrambling. From what I have seen Hurts do in games this year, he gets a lot of yards on designed QB runs or scrambles. Our DBs have to do a good job to block passes and punish receivers. Our D-line and linebackers have to keep Hurts contained and make him a passer. Face it fellow LSU fans, Hurts is elusive if he has space and can chip away for first downs or TDs if our D does not contain him. The key (to me) is to keep him honest as a runner and make him pass accurately which has not been the case.
