Im glad humans have decided animals shouldnt shite outside. Its much better to encapsulate that shite in individual bags and then fill landfills with it. Dont let it become part of the ground or anything. That would be icky.

One of the main problems is that shite, especially from carnivores, carries a huge pathogenic bacterial load. It's unsanitary.
Humans used to just dump our shite in the streets, we stopped doing that because we're fricking civilized and don't like disease.

It's a finite amount of space with an artificially high amount of dogs. It gets unsanitary real fast because nature can't take its course to decompose a little over here and there. Throw 10 people that can't aim or wipe into one restroom. Do you really want to use that at the end of the day?
Don't be an arse by the bags that'll breakdown and enjoy the park responsibly with others. It's man-made as that restroom.
