This gets played out too much. Admittedly, he doesn't fit our system, but this doesn't mean blame the o-line blocking scheme. Vision, patience, acceleration, and power are things he should have that he lacks. But blame the O-line like everyone on here does...
Our system is actually designed to be more run/pass balanced than it is, he just doesn't fit.
