It's becoming pretty clear now.

Alabama is in. Clemson is in if they win out. Washington is likely in if they win out.

If Wisconsin wins the Big Ten, Ohio State goes to the playoff. If Penn State wins the Big Ten, there would be some backlash, but I think they send Penn State before Ohio State. At that point, I think the committee compares the Buckeyes to Washington and could knock the Huskies out.

If Clemson or Washington lose, the Big Ten is in great shape to get two teams (the champ and Ohio State). If Clemson and Washington both lose, which is definitely possible, Oklahoma is probably a lock.

If Wisky loses to Minnesota and PSU wins the east and it's Nebraska-Penn State and Nebraska wins can they still get in?

I personally think Washington is screwed unless Michigan wins the BIG. I think OSU and the big 10 champ will go in over them. They have to be penalized for their non conference schedule. Also if you look at it Wisconsin has better wins and better losses than Wash. And they play in a better conference. The only thing that Wash has going for them is they have one less loss than Wisc/Penn St.
