I wouldn't be surprised if Jenkins was cut to make room for Rankins coming off the IR. He's been that bad so far this season. We also have Ashaad Mabry on the PS to fall back on if one of our DT's gets injured.
The only reason Jenkins was kept around is b/c Davison & Onyemata are very young players that are still developing, but both have already passed up Jenkins on the depth chart.
