-hand out free concession drink vouchers at the gates at the end of games. One per person exiting. shite scratch off cards for free for perks, anything to make an incentive to stay until the end.

-create a gated smoking section somewhere by the exit but within the premises. Call it trashy if you want but a lot of smokers can't go 3 hours drinking without a cigarette

-offer TAF incentives to bar owners in the area that promote free cover or a free drink for a voucher received post game at the gate. Of course you would somehow have to make it profitable for them as they want the opposite. This might be a tough one

-2 min remaining seat prizes...

I know all of these options might be costly, but like everything else a desired result comes with a price tag. There are ways to negate it

Feeding the addiction of weak willed nicotine addicts is not, nor should be the problem of Louisiana State University.

Nor should normal people that desire healthy air have to smell the poisonous smoke of said addicts.
