I think you hit the nail on the head. Just like kaperwhatever and the kneeling. Someone in the NFL has hired the writers from WWE. It's all scripted and sadly we fall for it.

Lol the NFL isn't dying . Ratings may down a bit but not dying .

Jerry Rice or Calvin Johnson. Two superstars who never let it get to their head on the field. These two were as competitive as anyone on the planet. But they still took everyone's best shots and just got up and went to huddle. Sending the message that they will make plays on you all day long.
