I just finished watching Narcos and really liked the show. Might have to get a book on the whole story and read it for accuracy, but I just have one question:
Did he, in real life, always dress like a special-needs person?

He came from humble beginnings and was in a dirt poor country. Fashion wasn't a big deal to him.

Also remember it's the 80s, that is the shite people wore then, he looks Like something a 45 yr old dad would have on at Disney World in 1987 or something...dude didn't walk around in expensive outfits and designer suits like the Cali guys did...he was basically just a poor street thug that through sheer violence and indimidation became THE kingpin.
