Anyone play Gears of War 4 yet?

I was a big fan of gears one and two. Just got an xbone. Thinking about picking up either gears or dark souls.

Highly recommend. But I'm a huge fan of the series.
It's as good as Gears 3 (which I think is the best in the series).

I've been contemplating getting it but can't pull the trigger
Bonus thought you get 1-3 backpat so I may just buy it to always have access to those
