Please name me 3 ELITE head coaches in college football. (Harbaugh can maybe be included at the end of the season. You aren't elite if you've never won it all)
ETA: I'll just finish it for you since you are reading up on Dan Werner right now. There aren't 3. You have Saban, Meyer, then a bunch of good, not elite, coaches.
You are trying to recreate Saban and Meyer. The qualities that make a coach great don't always match up and aren't always the same.

I'm ok with that. I'd take a chance on trying to get the next Meyer/Saban and failing rather than settling on a coach that has no chance to ever touch what those two have accomplished.
