What I think this brief O tenure has shown is WE DO HAVE THE TALENT, they just need to be allowed to play. Let them do what they are good at. I'm sure you could pull most every coach in college football in, and without getting in the player's way, would have success.

Agreed. What we need to do is make sure we have a coach in place that can beat teams that have equal or better talent. Something les wasn't able to do in the few years.
