It could go either way honestly. Nowadays frickin everything is bullying cause kids are pussies and would rather tell on someone then stand up for themselves but on the other hand you can't punish them for anything cause "they're just kids"......before it didn't matter if you did anything or not if the coach tells you to run laps cause he thinks you did something you'd run the laps and then it'd b over
