Can anyone tell me who owns the rights to the term/trademark "Louisiana Hayride", and what is currently being done w/ it?

My brother told me some old lady owns it and she is extremely stubborn about doing anything with it to bring it back and also stubborn about selling it. Said she is some annoying redneck who doesn't know what she has.

I volunteer with the tourist bureau and give downtown, Municipal and cemetery tours. Haunted and regular themes. I've been there during some ghost investigations also. I'm in love with that building.
