Dude are you high? It's just the opposite....yea a lot of the wives can't cook but it's more that they don't want/care to. Damn near all the problems are about the fat husband that's lazy and stupid and he's so lucky to have his wife. They even go out their way to ridicule what the husband does for work. Look at Tim Taylor, he's supposedly got a carpentry TV show yet every time he works on something in his home he breaks stuff. Even at work it's his assistant that is effeminate that corrects all his mistakes. Then at the end of every show he gives a speech how men screw up and should listen and do what his wife says.
