Seems pretty simple to me.
Central Florida dodged a bullet, that's a great thing, to be certain, but they can't expect anyone to believe now that the storm has passed, the damage is minimal, power is still on, roads are open that they can't play the game on Monday.
If they want to play it.
If the sole reason now is "coaches are out recruiting or can't round everyone up that fast" that is almost as despicable as pissing away 3 days for no reason until the SEC office had no choice to step in.
Which also begs the question where is the SEC commish now? Playing golf with Foley? Beyond ridiculous.

Don't they come back Monday for class? Or is campus closed Monday too?
