Same year as Katrina, TS Cindy went right over NO. I went to work the next day as did the majority of the city. Gainesville is on the west side of the storm which is the better side to be on.

It just amusing to me bc I would bet if the tables were turned, the vast # of LSU fans would want LSU to do what UF is doing.

I don't know about you or anyone else here, but if there was a 160 mph storm bearing down upon the coast of Louisiana, a fricking football game would be the last thing on my mind.

Fortunately we have actual evidence to look at.

In 2005 alone, we postponed one game, we moved another to Ariz St, and moved another game to a Monday night.

It's not as complicated as some of you are making this.

Think of it this way - would you rather move the game and it turns out you didn't really need to, or NOT move the game and have even ONE issue arise due to that decision?
