You don't become a good guy with a gun when chase a car down, hit it, and then the first thing you do is get out with a gun in your hand. When he talks about stand your ground, open carry, and the NRA he is screaming "If Hayes was white and smith wasn't famous he wouldn't be charged."

I do believe Smith said he was going to get his gun and thats why he shot but this picture that he no fault is bullshite.
