Gabbert = 68.8
Prescott = 50.9
QBR is strictly based on numbers. Mostly the numbers you cited actually.
PFF is based on what someone watched. Dak didn't throw a single pass over 20 yards the entire game. They will dock him for things like missing receivers deep. That isn't something QBR can take into account.

Dak gets penalized more for not going downfield in a win than gabbert does for an int in a loss
