I find the teams always play hard, just mismanagement of the draft and free agency have hurt the team. Main issue imho is that he hasnt allowed DC to build their own staff and forced them to use his guys who have been horrible at coaching the players.

Well he signed a new contract and I hope I'm wrong but it might be his last contract with the Saints.
