Keeps hiring different DC and it fails, missing in draft, missing in free agency, and neglects the run to much. I know I'm about to get a lot of crap for this post. Yes, He helped N.O. win I will always appreciate that First Superbowl, but its starting to look like these teams don't play for him anymore. I think he has stayed to long here and its time to move on.

I find the teams always play hard, just mismanagement of the draft and free agency have hurt the team. Main issue imho is that he hasnt allowed DC to build their own staff and forced them to use his guys who have been horrible at coaching the players.

If anything take drafting anybody away from SP.
