You have to be careful. In Louisiana, our loosely applied child porn laws match the age of consent. Basically a 17 yr old can send and receive nudes in La but you can't pay a 17 yr old to show titties and then send that around to people. Hell that just went to 21 for strippers (I digress). Bottomline is even I would not frick around with anything under 18 when it comes to electronic communication and media.
