Yes. I used to be one of the biggest NFL fans on the planet. I'd consume as much of their content as possible, but ever since the "replacement refs" and seeing how little the officiating got better once they were removed, it started chipping away. Every terrible call, every crappy rule, and all the idiotic power plays just chipped away. The final blow was Deflategate, and how the league was just willing to lie to the general public. They made absolutely no effort to correct the false allegations released to the public (10 out of 11 balls were over one PSI OFF!!!) and anyone with half a brain realizes they were consistently leaking pure garbage because they had so little respect for the fans' intelligence.
Now, nobody has any idea what a catch is anymore. Most fans don't even celebrate big plays now until they check to see if a piece of yellow linen is on the field, and the officiating is so nonsensical and varies wildly from one crew to another.

At least with baseball, teams can watch pitch f/x and analyze the umpires, so when Angel Hernandez comes to town, they know a tiny strikezone is in order (just pulling a name, no idea if he's actually large or small).
