In addition to the fact that I don't think the product is that great anymore, the above is mostly why I don't watch anymore.

When I was a single guy, I'd binge watch college football all day on Saturday and do it all over again on Sunday with the NFL. Now that I'm married and have a child and can't just veg out on the couch for 2 solid days, I stopped watching pro football.

I didn't grow up rooting for a particular pro team. College ball was always my favorite, so watching the NFL wasn't that difficult to give up.

Also, at the end of the day, you're essentially rooting for a corporation when you watch the modern day NFL and have a rooting interest in a specific team. I've always found that odd and difficult to reconcile.
