We're set at WR and that's basically it. QB with Brees is obviously the answer but he's a couple years shy of 40 and we've got no one behind him. This roster honestly needs to be gutted badly, scouting department and front office as well.

Mark Ingram, Brandin Cooks, Willie Snead, and Michael Thomas will be fine weapons for any QB to come in and inherit but we have to fix the OL and we need a mass exodus on the defensive side of the ball. I would say trade Cam Jordan while he still has value and get some decent round picks for him. I would even go the St. Louis Rams route and keep going DL until you've got 4-5 guys that can just come in and go after the QB.

We already gutted the roster and brought in young talent

This team has more talent than it appears due to all the starters out:

Rankins
Robertson
Breaux
Davison
Bell
Cooks
Crawley
Edebali
Peat
Snead
Thomas
Vaccaro
Kikaha
Williams
Swann

To go along with guys like Brees, Armstead, Jordan, Unger, Strief, Fairely, Ingram, etc.

We need a DE, a RG, and a MLB if Anthony can't take over. Everything else is depth.

OL has honestly been a huge strength for us with Armstead. We need to fix 1 position in the immediate future (RG), and put Kelemete and Tim in backup roles where they have value
