Many coaches are less than ethical off camera.
But most of them don't leave their NFL team post-it notes in their lockers announcing their departure for Arkansas, cuss out the opposing coach during the post-game handshake, and crash their motorcycle before being discovered with a mistress whom you put on university payroll, all within a relatively short period of time.
