The td would have been called back regardless due to DE crossing the line of scrimmage right?

I've heard this 50 times already. No, that is incorrect. The ball was released out of his hand with his right foot/ankle still behind the 15 yard line where the ball was snapped. His entire body has to be over the line of scrimmage. This wasn't the case.
