Yes. I have the non-threatening type. In other words they do not increase with exertion or on the treadmill. Low dose of Inderall LA helps. It's a beta blocker. It also helps lower blood pressure slightly
I used to focus on them a lot which made them worse. Every once in a while I'll feel one. But it does not bother me anymore at all with reassurances yearly from my cardiologist. Certainly caffeine may increase them. But that doesn't bother me.
If you go with a beta blocker, it will likely take a few days or maybe less for your body to adjust it to it . Don't worry about the slight dizziness or fogginess for a couple of hours each day during that time. The long acting Indaral works best for me since I only have to take it once a day. At medium to higher doses beta blockers can affect tumescence or your erection.
