The Pac 12 is run by offense and Miles poison to QBs. We have already seen first hand that Miles can't consistently have a dominant defense and his OL's pass blocking is awful. His teams are undisciplined, and that would be cancer with all the Cali diva players. Clock management issues, retaining terrible coaches until they find a job, and not recruiting to scheme. He wouldn't be a disaster, but 9-4-10-3 would be what they get yearly at best.
