Payton for sure has to go. He is not the same Coach he once was. After Bountygate and his 1 year suspension I think that messed him up. That Super Bowl win was a long time ago. You cant win games, let alone Division Titles, NFC Championships and Super Bowls on the past.

His drafts suck, free agency sucks and the horrible deals they are giving to these players such as Byrd. The guy has been injury prone and frankly sucks. And we have salary cap issues. This team is basically screwed. Oh and the Defensive Coordinator, he needs to go as well. Fire the whole staff and start fresh. And a cleansing of the roster is in order as well.

But it will take years for all this to happen. Prepare yourselves for a few years of misery. This team will not win many games for a while.
