I've been saying this for years. You put the best players on the field and let them adapt. Also if a 5* comes in but the 3* is playing better you play him. It doesn't matter what you see him as if he can play you put him on the field and see what happens. Players need to held accountable. If they aren't producing or doing the things they are told especially in games you let the next man give it a go. If he doesn't work I bet that guy you just pulled out does the things you ask the next time. That goes for everyone. If they see they are being held accountable no matter who they thknk they are they will play the right way or sit. Just bc a player is faster and stronger doesn't mean the next player doing the right things won't be a much better FB player. LSU needs to be much more tough on these guys as for as accountability not just off the field but on as well. Have to be quick to pull them off the field and send that message to play the way you are taught or sit.
