so you are THAT guy on the board?...story behind it is this...guy who coached tball for my now 13 yr old was horrible...he didn't come to practice, never had the equipment, uniforms were ordered late...no party at the end of the season...no trophies...and he ended up in jail a few weeks later for beating his wife...well the only reason that team was able to BE a team that season is because I stepped up...and been doing it ever since...my boys are OK at sports...one is better than the other honestly...but I prefer they have a good experience and that's why I do it...cause I don't trust other people...if you want some thing done right...gotta do it yourself....
