Same here. This was the first thing I saw when I looked at my phone this morning and I wanted so much for it to be a hoax. While sad, I've never been one to be affected or sad by an athlete/celebrity death, but this one hit me so hard. Jose was great to watch, not only on the mound, but just the way he was in the dugout even on days when he didn't pitch. This sucks.

Ditto. And I was feeling it before Watching the video of his grandma and reading some of the social media posts from his teammates, those really got to me
