Watch the play with 1 minute 30 seconds left. Dural catches a pass short of the first down and clearly steps out of bounds...they never stopped the clock.
Thats like 20 seconds we lost. Why didn't anyone catch that?

Because he tried to turn upfield and his momentum was stopped prior to getting out. Clock should not stop. Dural was stupid for not getting out of bounds as soon as he caught it. Or poorly coached. Or like you, he's clueless of the rules.
