I agree, which is why Herman didn't leave for a place like SC. LSU and Texas I think would be tough to turn down. But I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed, built the program, and became a Houston legend without having to deal with the pressure of UT or LSU.

I would hope you're talking about South Carolina, because USC didn't offer him the job. If they had, he'd likely be the coach there now
