Brady Hoke had a great career at Michigan off of Rich Rod's players. Once the well went dry so did he. The Michigam people didn't give RR enough time to turn them around. Was too damn impatient. He was getting his players there just like Saban did at LSU, but LSU was patient with Nicky. That's the difference.
