Why are so many ppl wanting to make Les the AD. Is it just the equivalent of saying "you pretty much suck as a HC but you're a nice guy so here's a hard job that still keeps you at LSU...so hopefully there's no hard feelings."

This has always kind of blown my mind. It's often people that hate him as a coach too. If they think he can't handle being the head coach, how in the shite do they think he could run a hundred-million dollar athletic department?

You do realize the former coaches whether it was Skip, Arnsparger(Florida), Stovall(La Tech) that went on to be pretty good AD's, right? I think Les would be a heck of a AD, but that's just me.

Mike D said yesterday on AFR that he thinks Miles is done after this year regardless of how the season plays out. I kinda agree with him.

He runs a good program regardless of his coaching. There is something to be said for that.
