How would ESPN score it if Edelmen takes snaps at qb tonight?

Most sites have it set by default that passing points apply to all players. It's just the position designation that sets players apart

As a quarterback

I would assume 1 point per 25 passing yards and 4 points per passing touchdown.

Same thing as a QB or WR running the ball

He would get points for passing yards and TDs just like a QB does

If a player has those stats, it's run through the setting and those points are awarded to the player.

I keep seeing this question and I'm amazed. It's the same thing as a WR getting points for a rushing play and vice versa. I remember seeing RBs get points when they toss a pass.
