You sure that was Shelter at Home? I thought I remembered hearing the same kind of numbers regarding those FEMA portable housing unit things. Thousands of people signed up but only like 4 housing units had been delivered... and 1 of them was to LP president Layton Ricks' daughter.

So I just watched that video. What a fricking joke. We literally did that ourselves while we were working around the house. It's 2x4s holding up a sink and minifridge. The thing is we took that shite down because we are about to tape/float all the drywall. I don't want these things getting in the damn way. Pics of what we did:
