Tons of options; will say after eating like this 80% of the time that the thing that will get you is not enough fat in the diet. Trying to cut fat and carbs is a recipe for failure.
Typical day will be:
Breakfast: coffee with heavy cream
eggs/bacon
Snack: Usually a green protein drink with peanut butter, actually tastes good
Lunch: left overs, today was corned beef and cabbage
afternoon snack: either boiled egg, avocado, celery with almond or peanut butter
Dinner: Any meat, veggies, baked sweet potato, any fish
Carbs aren't the enemy and you can't cut to zero; if you start by just cutting out sugary drinks and sweets you're ahead of most. After that cut out chips/cereal type foods and then you're there. Some will say a cup of rice is going to kill you, it's not especially if active. I call it eating clean or healthy and forget it being lower carb

Yes they are (I'm talking for health, not weight.)
