This is true. You can tell when Urban and Saban are in postgames of big wins and they are happy, but also say things like "we had a lot of mistakes today" or "we didn't play our best football." They let their teams know it is great to win, but show the mistakes very quickly to try and get their teams back to even keel. Doesn't always work as nothing is perfect with 18-21 year olds, but they do it the best in today's game.
This is what Meyer said on the B1G Teleconference show this week about OU:
"I was hoping when I watched the tape that everyone would see it the same way I saw it and they did," he said. "We have so much more room for improvement."
