They might. But I believe that he sticks to his more than any other coach in college football. A big part of "the process" is actually sticking to it every single day.

I disagree. Saban has proven that he isnt rigid in sticking to "his" process every day. He wouldn't have hired the likes of Kiffin (a brilliant move). His process is flexibility which allows constant change to fit what he has to do every week to win. He seems to follow the idea that a good plan is the base for change in achieving victory.
