He was part of that group that took tests under the condition of being anonymous before it was against the rules. His name and I believe two others were the only ones linked, though 200 plus tested positive or were tested if I remember correctly.

People forget this part. Ortiz, even if he used PEDs, never cheated. Isnt that the whole point? Cheaters?
