That leak may require a coil replacement. Sometimes they can put in some stop leak. Are you r22 Freon or the new 410A?

Pretty sure its the new one, house is 6 1/2 years old. Think the unit only had a 5 year warranty.

I'm no a/c guy, but it's a drain problem from what we can tell at this point. What is all the crap about coils and such?
OP, it sounds like the primary is clogged and it's draining into the pan/secondary. Clean the primary.
