Does the big pan have water in it? It should not, that is more than likely your secondary pan that is filling up because your primary pan/drain is clogged, you need to blow out the drain pipe with compressed air followed by a good dose of bleach and you will be good to go

Why not put one of those gutter drain things there so the water disperses better? Maybe add some rocks right there too where it comes out? I'd guess it's killing the grass because that area is just staying too wet. As said it's an invitation to termites and also to a grass mold or disease.

Big pan is full and that is what is draining.

Ill have to pull the cap off tomorrow and blow it out.

Im also guessing that this is my mysterious leak that 2 different HVAC guys couldnt find.
