Do you know if it is draining the primary or secondary pan? Most primary pans drain into the plumbing, if it is your secondary pan you need to unclog the drain that the primary drains into
An ac unit puts out a lot of water and should not drain that close to the house, it is an invitation to termites, if that is your primary pan I would look at adding some pvc pipe and trenching it away from the slab

Im guessing its the secondary pan. The white pvc pipe all the way on the left is what is draining outside.
The little pipe that is wrapped, is what looks like the primary drain, but that 90 degree bend is definitely going upwards.

yep, just went through that. primary drain to plumbing was clogged.
